Guess it just comes down to the idea of asking: Do you need Microsoft to hold your hand and restrict you to keep you safe or are you able to use common sense and do it all yourself? If your computer meets the minimum hardware specifications, the Windows 10 Home edition in S mode can upgrade to the Windows 11 Home edition in S mode. S Mode basically is putting your device on a closed system and gives you very little control over things, such as wanting to install programs. Well, a lot of that is your personal choice.
